"I really am glad I committed to completing the Challenge. I actually looked forward every day to logging in my exercise activity. It helped to keep me focused and was a fun incentive. I have begun to incorporate exercise DVDs that have been gathering dust because of the challenge. I have been the one getting in my way of better health and vitality. "We are a group of like-minded women of all ages who met on-line at the Biggest Loser Club.com. We are all part of a challenge there which is called the Women only! Couch to 1/2 Marathon challenge. We have all committed to completing at the least a 5K run/walk or a 10K. Most of us are planning to complete a half-marathon sometime this year. The activity tracker is just another part of the challenge for us. We are logging 10,000+ steps a day and completing strength training as part of the training for the half marathon. Members are from all over the United States."
