"My 21-year-old daughter is the one that inspired me to get moving! I am so thankful that she cared enough to ask me to start exercising and to take the time to exercise with me. I chose the Pacific Coast Route since I have another daughter living in Yorba Linda, CA. I imagined visiting with her as we passed through. A bonus was starting the route in Alaska, since I have a dear friend who recently relocated to Anchorage! I am so thankful for family, friends, and for life itself!"

"Our team is made up of phenomenal women from all over Virginia. The common thread is that we have all lost weight through a lot of hard work and dedication. We had different types of weight loss surgery and use our "tool" in conjunction with exercise to meet our goals and gain good health."
